PRIVACY POLICY
(Personal data processing on the SCRIPT-PW resource)

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy describes how personal and anonymized User data is processed when using the SCRIPT-PW website (the «Resource»), available at https://script-pw.ru and https://script-pw.pro.
1.2. This Policy complies with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated 27.07.2006.
1.3. By using the Resource, the User confirms their consent to data processing as described below.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Technical visitor data
- IP address — for visit statistics, security, and unwanted traffic filtering;
- User-Agent (browser and OS information) — for statistics and proper site rendering;
- Referer (the URL from which the transition was made) — for traffic source statistics;
- Visit time and page — for statistics.
2.2. Cookies
The Resource uses exclusively technical cookies:
site_lang(1 year) — saves the selected interface language (RU/EN);cookie_accept(1 year) — records User's consent to cookies usage;key_unlock_*(7 days) — state of unlocked Software instructions.
The cookies used are not intended for marketing purposes and are not used for cross-site tracking.
2.3. Data when activating and using a license key
When obtaining and activating a license key on related SCRIPT-PW services, the following technical data may be collected:
- HWID — an anonymized hardware identifier (hash of hardware serial numbers) that does not allow identification of the User;
- Country and region — determined automatically by IP address when visiting the site and using the key. Used for two purposes: (a) automatic redirection of the User to the optimal version of the resource (script-pw.ru or script-pw.pro) and (b) key activity monitoring;
- Date and time of the last request for the key — for statistics and activity monitoring.
This data is used exclusively for technical purposes and is not transferred to third parties.
2.4. Files created by the Software on the User's device
During operation, SCRIPT-PW utilities may download and temporarily save the following technical files on the User's device:
- pattern images (PNG/JPG) — used for recognizing interface elements on screen via Pixel-Search / OCR;
- text configuration files (TXT) — contain script parameters (coordinates, delays, templates).
These files are saved in the Windows system temporary files folder (C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Temp or similar) and:
- do not contain personal data of the User;
- do not transmit User information to third-party servers;
- are used only locally for the operation of the specific utility;
- can be deleted by the User at any time using standard Windows tools without harm to the system.
2.5. Update check mechanism
SCRIPT-PW utilities include a built-in update check mechanism, which on startup may contact the project server to retrieve information about new Software versions.
During update checks, the following technical data may be transmitted to the Administration's server:
- current installed utility version — to determine the need for an update;
- license key — to verify the legitimacy of update access;
- IP address — determined automatically during the network request.
If a new version is detected, the User is offered to install the update. Updates are installed only with the User's explicit consent — automatic updates without confirmation are not performed.
2.6. Error logs
If errors occur during utility operation, including update checks or installation, the Software may create local text log files in the Windows system temporary files folder.
These logs:
- contain technical information about the error (error text, Software version, time of occurrence);
- are not transmitted to the Administration's server automatically;
- can be voluntarily sent by the User to technical support for diagnostics;
- can be deleted by the User at any time.
2.7. Data when submitting a question via the form
- The name or nickname provided by the User;
- The content of the question.
No other data (phone, passport, physical address, etc.) is requested or processed by the Resource.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. Collected data is used exclusively for technical and service purposes:
- ensuring the operation of the Resource and the licensing system;
- protection against spam and abuse;
- anonymized visit statistics;
- responding to User inquiries;
- notifying the Administrator of new questions and significant events.
4. Data Transfer to Third Parties
4.1. The Administration does not transfer collected data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4.2. The following third-party services may receive limited technical data for the proper functioning of the Resource:
- ip-api.com — determining country and city by IP address (IP address is transmitted);
- flagcdn.com — displaying country flags in the admin panel;
- Telegram Bot API — notifications to the Administrator about new questions and significant events;
- Cloudflare (only for the script-pw.pro domain) — CDN and basic protection against attacks.
4.3. Data may be transferred to government authorities only in cases expressly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, upon official request.
5. Data Storage Periods
5.1. Technical visit logs are stored for no more than 90 (ninety) days from the moment of collection, after which they are automatically deleted.
5.2. The content of submitted questions is stored indefinitely or until the User requests its deletion.
5.3. HWID linked to a license key is stored for the duration of the key's validity and is deleted after its deactivation.
6. User Rights
6.1. In accordance with FZ-152, the User has the right to:
- obtain information about their data processed by the Administration;
- demand clarification, blocking, or deletion of their data;
- withdraw their consent to data processing.
6.2. To exercise these rights, the User may send a request to: nepridumanoguru@gmail.com with «Data deletion» or «Data request» in the subject line.
6.3. Requests are processed within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt.
7. Changes to the Policy
7.1. The Administration may modify this Policy. The current version is always available at: https://script-pw.ru/privacy
7.2. Users may be notified of significant changes via a banner on the main page of the site.
8. Disabling Cookies
8.1. The User can disable cookies at any time in their browser settings. This may affect the operation of some Resource features (e.g., saving the selected language).
