TERMS OF USE
(Rules for using the SCRIPT-PW resource)
Last updated: May 18, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the use of the SCRIPT-PW website (the «Resource»), available at https://script-pw.ru and https://script-pw.pro, and the procedure for accessing the software utilities presented on the Resource.
1.2. Use of the Resource, sending voluntary contributions, and activation of license keys constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. If the User does not agree with any provision of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Resource.
1.4. Use of the Resource is permitted for persons who have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority under the laws of their country of residence.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. SCRIPT-PW is an independent IT platform dedicated to auxiliary utilities for automating standard user input (mouse and keyboard emulation) on the Windows operating system.
2.2. The project is supported by voluntary contributions from users, directed toward maintaining and developing the Resource. As a token of appreciation for financial support, the User is granted temporary or perpetual access to automation utilities (the «Software») via a license key.
2.3. SCRIPT-PW is an independent project and is not affiliated with the developers, publishers, or rights holders of any computer games or other third-party software products.
3. License Key and Access Terms
3.1. The duration of a license key is determined by its type and specified upon receipt:
- temporary keys — valid for a limited period (from several minutes to several months), specified at the time of issuance;
- perpetual keys — valid for the entire duration of the SCRIPT-PW project and have no fixed expiration date.
3.1.1. A perpetual key ceases to function in case of:
- termination of the SCRIPT-PW project (with prior notice if technically possible);
- violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement;
- detection of key transfer to third parties or other unauthorized use attempts.
3.2. A license key may be bound to a single device (hardware identifier, HWID) on the licensing system side. This is done to prevent unauthorized distribution of keys.
3.3. Transferring the key to third parties, attempts to decompile the Software, bypassing the licensing system, or HWID spoofing without prior approval from the Administration result in immediate access revocation without the possibility of restoration or refund.
3.4. In case of hardware replacement (HWID change), the User may contact the Administration to request a license transfer. The decision is made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1. The Software is provided on an «AS IS» basis. The Administration does not guarantee that the Software will meet the User's subjective expectations or operate without interruption.
4.2. Due to regular updates of third-party software (including computer games), the functionality of certain Software features may temporarily or permanently cease to operate. This is not grounds for refund of the voluntary contribution.
4.3. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to: blocking of the User's in-game accounts, loss of in-game property, or Software downtime. All risks are borne solely by the User.
4.4. Use of the Software may violate the End User License Agreements (EULA) of third-party software products and gaming platforms. The User independently assesses acceptable risks and bears full responsibility for compliance with third-party rules.
4.5. The Software may create technical files on the User's device (image patterns, text configurations) in the Windows system temporary files folder. These files are used exclusively for the utility's operation, do not contain personal data, and may be deleted by the User at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4.6. SCRIPT-PW utilities include a built-in update check mechanism. Updates are installed only with the User's explicit consent. The Administration is not responsible for possible Software malfunctions after updates related to the User's hardware or operating system specifics.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Since the User makes a voluntary contribution (donation) as a token of project support, rather than payment for a product or service in the classical sense, refunds are generally not provided.
5.2. Refunds are possible in exceptional cases of technical error (e.g., double charge or incorrect amount) — in such cases, the User may contact nepridumanoguru@gmail.com within 7 (seven) calendar days of the contribution.
5.3. Software malfunction due to third-party software updates, gaming platform policy changes, or other external factors beyond the Administration's control is not grounds for a refund.
6. Intellectual Property and Rights Holder Claims
6.1. All Resource materials (texts, graphics, site source code) belong to the Administration.
6.2. For matters related to third-party copyright infringement, rights holders may contact: nepridumanoguru@gmail.com (with «Copyright complaint» in the subject line).
6.3. The Administration reviews substantiated complaints within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and takes necessary action upon confirmed violations.
7. Changes to the Agreement
7.1. The Administration may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.
7.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available at: https://script-pw.ru/terms
7.3. Continued use of the Resource after changes constitutes the User's agreement to the new version.
8. Governing Law
8.1. All disputes related to the use of the Resource are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. Before going to court, the parties undertake to resolve disputes in pre-trial order through correspondence at nepridumanoguru@gmail.com.
